If one or more provisions of these terms prove to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

3. Product Information

We do our utmost to describe and depict our products as accurately as possible.

Minor differences in color, dimensions, or finish may occur due to screen settings, production errors, or product updates by the manufacturer. Such deviations do not entitle you to compensation or termination of the agreement, unless the product thereby fails to comply with the agreement.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include legally due VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

The price valid at the time of placing the order is the price displayed on the website.

Obvious pricing, typing, or programming errors are not binding. In such cases, Drizentro reserves the right to cancel the order and fully refund the amount already paid.

5. Formation of the Agreement

After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.

The agreement is formed as soon as Drizentro has accepted the order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order or request additional information, for example, in case of suspected fraud, incorrect data, payment problems, or when a product is unexpectedly unavailable.

6. Payment

Orders are processed after full payment has been received.

We only accept the payment methods offered on the website during checkout.

7. Delivery

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days.

Expected delivery times are stated on our website and in our shipping policy. These delivery times are indicative.

In case of exceptional delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

8. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to inform us within fourteen days of receiving your order that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

After this notification, you have another fourteen days to return the product.

9. Returns and Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the due amount in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

We may delay reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you can prove that you have returned them.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a reasonable reduction in value may be applied.

10. Legal Guarantee

Drizentro supplies products that comply with the agreement and with applicable legal quality requirements.

Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee as provided for in Belgian consumer law.

In case of a defect or a product that does not conform to the agreement, please contact us as soon as possible via info@drizentro.com.

11. Liability

Drizentro is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of a product.

To the extent legally permissible, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

This limitation does not apply if the law prescribes a broader liability.

12. Force Majeure

Drizentro is not liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations if this is due to force majeure.

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:

• delays by carriers;
• strikes;
• natural disasters;
• pandemics;
• war or government measures;
• customs delays;
• disruptions at suppliers;
• disruptions of internet, payment, or communication systems.

14. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, designs, and other content of this website are the property of Drizentro or are used with permission.

Without prior written consent, it is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use this content in whole or in part.

15. Retention of Title

All delivered products remain the property of Drizentro until full payment has been received.

16. Amendments

Drizentro reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions.

For an order, the general terms and conditions applicable at the time the order was placed will always apply.

17. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Belgian law, insofar as this does not prejudice mandatory consumer rights applicable under the relevant legislation.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
